Features Needing Further Configuration

The current version of the app does not natively support the following features. To ensure proper operation and integration to Deck Commerce, these features should be disabled in the storefront or consult with Deck Commerce to support these for your implementation.

Third Party Payment Providers

Payment providers other than Shopify Pay, Shopify Bogus Gateway, and PayPal Express (via Shopify) are not supported. However, based on Customer requirements, these can be developed and deployed as needed.

Delayed Payment Capture

The app supports capturing payment at checkout time only and will require further configuration to incorporate rules for "capture on order fulfillment" or other delayed capture business rules.

B2B Wholesale Purchasing

The app is not designed for use with Shopify's B2B wholesale purchasing experience.

Shopify Managed Multi-Location Inventory

The app assumes that inventory, including if managed in multiple locations, will be handled via Deck Commerce + the merchant's other back-end systems. Therefore, the app assumes that "Deck Commerce" will be the only "inventory location" managed in Shopify. Other multi-location inventory features in Shopify are not compatible.

Automatic Refunds for Line-Item Cancellations or Reductions

When line items are edited on an order, merchants will need to manually refund any dollars owed back to a customer due to removal of line items or quantities. Merchants can optionally automate a refund to the customer only if the entire order is cancelled, not if individual line items are cancelled.
